Our Aretto Technologies

Comfortable shoes are essential for the healthy growth and development of children, and it's important to choose the right size and design. With 1 in 3 kids wearing the wrong size, it's crucial to pay attention to the needs of little feet. At Aretto, we wanted to design footwear that was specifically made for children and all their needs. To achieve this, we developed three different technologies that allow our shoes to grow with the children while remaining comfortable and breathable.

The Super Grooves technology is designed to give little feet plenty of room to expand. With special Y-grooves built into the sole, the shoe can adapt to the millimetric growth of the feet and provide a unique and perfect fit. The sole is also kept at the optimal thickness of 4mm, which allows children to feel the ground and promotes sensory development while providing the right amount of padding. The wide, roomy toe box ensures that there is no pinching or discomfort.

The Squishy Foam technology keeps children comfortable all day long. This soft, jelly-like memory foam insole provides superior comfort for little feet. It reduces pressure and allows children to explore without discomfort. Children can also go sockless with this special sole, making it a convenient option.

The InfiKnit is our 3D knit material used to create the shoe upper. It's stretchable and highly durable, making it ideal for active children. The breathable material has 360° flexibility and can stretch up to 3 sizes, making it easier to accommodate growth spurts. We also combined three different knits in specific areas to provide support from the toes to the ankle. This material is also sustainable, as we use additive manufacturing to eliminate fabric waste during production.

By combining these technologies, we have created shoes that support the needs of little feet while being sustainable and suitable for children's active lifestyles.
